Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bryden Miels to make the kick off. Knaggel FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humphry Chant was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Murdock Reisz was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Humphry Chant capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Humphry Chant really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. Selim Tuğbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Al Allen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Barnes Garing managed to get in a good position for a shot. Knaggel FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Barnes Garing was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Murdock Reisz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Murdock Reisz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lawrence Bonnison went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. If Humphry Chant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barnes Garing blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Murdock Reisz having to make a save. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rutgers Utd's goalkeeper Murdock Reisz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Humphry Chant made a precise shot to the right of Murdock Reisz. Rutgers Utd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. Lawrence Bonnison succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-9 in the 95th playminute. Knaggel FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
