Stipe Pletikosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Metin Tekin in the 11th minute of the match. Nereo Crescencio kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th match minute, Spams was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zvonimir Soldo to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute Honorato Cordaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramón Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrea Tofani took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stipe Pletikosa. Stipe Pletikosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 23rd minute Domingos Errolan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramón Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrea Tofani scored 2-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stipe Pletikosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stipe Pletikosa came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by PomeziaRamblers's Bruno Scibilia. But to his dismay, Bruno Scibilia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Stipe Pletikosa made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Metin Tekin sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute Metin Tekin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stipe Pletikosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stipe Pletikosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrea Tofani in the 38th minute. After 38 minutes, Evelio Artaldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spams and the PomeziaRamblers players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Spams's Evelio Artaldo got a free kick in the 38th minute. The audience was convinced that Nereo Crescencio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramón Abreu was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. In the 47th minute Honorato Cordaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramón Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Spams's Elias James was substituted for Simon Venceslao. Spams's Ovidio Qwinton was substituted for Honorato Cordaro. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrea Tofani to make the kick off. Stipe Pletikosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Metin Tekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Scibilia in the 62nd minute of play forced Spams's goalkeeper Stipe Pletikosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Scibilia scored 5-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stipe Pletikosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stipe Pletikosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. PomeziaRamblers made a substitution. Biagio Pavlu replaced Nils Øvstebø. Nereo Crescencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Spams's goal looked a bit too open when Metin Tekin came free, but Stipe Pletikosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Ovidio Qwinton lined in a short shot 7-1 behind a frustrated Ramón Abreu. In the 86th minute Andrea Tofani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stipe Pletikosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stipe Pletikosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrea Tofani's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Spams's Stipe Pletikosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Metin Tekin in the 90th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Spams's Domagoj Vida got a free kick in the 91st minute.
