The tension between the VILLARREAL UNITED and the Suprs Academia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 18 played minutes VILLARREAL UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Marino Bouzas. After a rather tough play, Suprs Academia's Hermínio Pinhal got a free kick in the 21st minute. Severino Campoamor kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Suprs Academia's Renato Leite tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, VILLARREAL UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Lúcio Curado came free, but Genzo Wakabayashi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Suprs Academia booed when VILLARREAL UNITED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marino Bouzas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The VILLARREAL UNITED fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Genzo Wakabayashi should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

VILLARREAL UNITED's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
